permitted.
Reselling VPS access or offering hosting services to others; using Avalanche infrastructure

Avalanche may conduct manual audits when reasonably necessary for:
Customers must provide reasonable access necessary to conduct audits, which may include:
Customers are encouraged to provide temporary or least-privileged access where technically feasible.
Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Avalanche does not assume ownership, control, or responsibility for customer data during audits.
Customers must provide accurate and truthful identification and account information.
Where Avalanche reasonably determines that identity verification, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, payment verification, sanctions screening, or legal compliance is necessary, Avalanche may request reasonable proof of identity or other verification documentation.
Customers will be provided up to fourteen (14) calendar days to submit the requested verification through approved secure channels.
Failure to provide the requested verification within this timeframe may result in:
Any suspension or termination resulting from failure to provide required verification is not eligible for refund.
Avalanche is not obligated to continue providing services where required verification is not completed.
Avalanche may suspend or terminate Services immediately if we reasonably believe you have:
Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Avalanche does not store full payment card numbers or CVV data.
Failure of payment may result in immediate service suspension.

Invoices are due on the stated due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This results in a maximum seven (7) calendar day window from the original due date before termination.
8.3.3 Optional Payment Extensions
Avalanche may, at its sole discretion, grant optional payment extensions as a temporary accommodation. Extensions are not guaranteed.
Extension fee structure:
Extension fees are non-refundable once applied.
Failure to pay within an approved extension period may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Avalanche support first constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Avalanche may:

We may perform maintenance or emergency actions that temporarily interrupt service. Where feasible, advance notice will be provided.

Avalanche reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate Services where compliance with sanctions or export control laws is required, including where customer location, affiliation, or use cannot be reasonably verified.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with all applicable sanctions and export control laws.
Where customers are located in the European Union or United Kingdom:
All branding, trademarks, software, and content on avalanchehost.com are the exclusive property of Avalanche Host or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted under Alberta and Canadian law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avalanche Host from claims, damages, losses, and legal expenses arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
Avalanche may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
